How do we study the future?

Our process leads from the analysis of changes to the concept of innovation, based on three steps using proven research methods (quantitative, qualitative and experimental).

1. Horizon Scanning

In the first stage, we look for the signals that inform us about possible changes that may take place in the future. Depending on the project, the scope and the sources of information may vary. We use direct and indirect data, including collaboration with industry experts and the scientific community.

2. Trend Analysis

Analyzing the found signals allows us to determine the trends that drive the direction of development in the area we are investigating. We look at the change from a broad perspective, including many different voices. We learn about how trends manifest and impact society and business by using quantitative and qualitative methods.

3. Adaptation of new solutions

How to translate content into specific solutions? In the last stage, we support organizations in the process of drafting an individual strategy and innovation plan. Together, we develop a new vision of development by using futures thinking techniques. In our solution we adhere to the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations.
